Terra Pro-Wash was hired by a large regional property management company to wash a new building in their portfolio and assess repairs needed on the property.
The building is a large senior living community – over 5 stories and 50+ feet in height. The project was a resounding success. We were able remove a tremendous amount of staining from the brick and siding of the building, as well as pressure wash all the sidewalks, balconies, walkways, driveways and patios.
